Contest Your Guide to Must-See Attractions and Great Vacation Ideas in the Province of Québec!

A little bit of Europe, in art and architecture

As you tour the province, expect to stumble across a well-preserved stone farmhouse from 18th-century New France, original arts and crafts in picturesque villages, not to mention gourmet meals in the most unexpected places. Québec City, with its fortifications, narrow cobblestone streets and ancient, European-style architecture, looks like it’s right out of the Middle Ages. But within those stone walls hums and sings a modern city that lives and breathes culture. Upriver, Montréal is the centre of all that’s cutting edge in the province and, in some cases, the world. Think Cirque du Soleil, for one. Once the festival season starts, Montréal is one big happening where the whole world meets and shares its respective art forms. Join in the worldly celebrations!
