Panache's dining room is located in the 19th century Hunt maritime warehouse, a building distinguished by its stone walls and massive wood beams. It offers a wonderful vantage point from which to take in the lively panorama of the St. Lawrence.

The Poisson d'Avril was born in 1991, and was the first restaurant in Quebec City to only serve seafood and fish. The restaurant was then located in the Côte de la Fabrique near the Basilique and the Town Hall.

This restaurant/lounge has stylish fusion décor combining elements of Eastern and Western cultures and is a popular with local business people, artists and professionals.
