The Canadian Museum of Civilization
The Canadian Museum of Civilization is home to the world's largest and finest collection of totem poles and showcases over 1000 years of Canadian history. It also houses the Canadian Children's Museum, the Canadian Postal Museum and the IMAX Theatre. Facing Parliament Hill, it links the city of Gatineau, in the Outaouais region, to Canada's capital city, Ottawa.
The museum keeps on updating! Canada Hall has undergone some renovations over the past few months and the IMAX Theatre has a new look with new technologies for showing 3D films on the IMAX screen as well as 2D films on the Dome.
