Montréal's Olympic Park
Montréal's Olympic Park is located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district and home to the 1976 Olympic Games. Ride the tower funicular. At the top of this 140-metre inclined tower, the highest of its kind in the world, you will be mesmerized by a 360-degree view of Montréal.
While on site, visit the Montréal Biôdome where you can walk through recreations of four ecosystems found in the Americas. A variety of plants and animals live in each simulated habitat, from the macaws in the tropical forest to the penguins in the Antarctic.
Only steps away is the Montréal Botanical Garden with its collection of 22,000 plant species and cultivars, 10 exhibition greenhouses and 30 thematic gardens on 180 acres of land. Special events take place all summer long.
